Design high-impact, innovative learning experiences that drive behavior change and skill development. This role will focus on designing live, virtual, asynchronous, and AI-enhanced learning experiences, while also exploring how AI can redefine the way people learn. Guide the design and development of interactive learning experiences and collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and product teams.

The Instructional Designer/Developer is responsible for the end-to-end analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of PointClickCare acute and payer customer, partner and staff product training and certification learning needs. This position develops, maintains, and deploys educational solutions that support the successful adoption of PointClickCare’s acute and payer products.
