Responsibilities:
- Design engaging, modular learning experiences that meet business objectives and learner needs.
- Develop eLearning, microlearning, and blended programs using instructional design best practices and Deel’s tone and brand.
- Translate complex product and process information into clear, actionable learning content.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of instructional design or learning experience design experience, ideally within enablement or fast-paced learning environments.
- Proficiency with Articulate Rise/Storyline, video production, and other eLearning authoring tools.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for writing, design, and workflow acceleration.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth global organizations.
- Knowledge of LMS administration, analytics, or data visualization for learning impact.
