Instructional Systems Designer – Training Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver all aspects of virtual classroom training.
• Create a learning environment that encourages learner engagement.
• Applies knowledge of adult learning concepts such as ADDIE methodology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, instruction technology or similar field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience executing ISD processes.
• Solid skills of visual design, course development, storyboarding, software, and learning content management systems.
