As the Product Manager for Gradescope, you'll manage a solution that is part of Turnitin’s suite of assessment products, empowering educators to efficiently grade assignments and provide actionable feedback to students. You will work closely with stakeholders, including UX, engineering, customers, sales, marketing, and support to ensure successful delivery of product features that align with business goals and meet customer needs.

This role drives access to, thoughtful analysis of, and regular reporting on company data to create visibility into product health and performance. You will conduct analysis and create data visualizations that display the most critical metrics, trends, and insights derived from product and sales data.The role involves working collaboratively across functions to develop reliable, robust, and self-serve reporting, ensuring access to globally-consistent KPIs.

Reporting to Collections Team Lead, this role is responsible for efficiently collecting cash from customers as part of a fast-paced global team. The role involves proactive communication with customers to facilitate timely payments and maintain positive relationships while adhering to the company's collections policies and procedures.

Product Specialists deliver world-class client support and respond to technical and non-technical customer queries. You will be assigned to triage support cases for local and global clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a technical or customer support background to expand our Product Support Team.

This role leads engineering efforts for a core product, maintaining a security-critical desktop used globally. It requires expertise in security, reverse engineering, desktop software development, and team management. The position drives security enhancements, product stability, and long-term architectural planning, supporting company OKRs, including security and resilience.

As a Sales Planning and Reporting Analyst, you will drive the success of the sales team, providing data-driven insights, developing sales plans, and generating reports to help streamline operations and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include sales planning, analyzing sales performance metrics, developing accurate sales forecasts, and creating reports and dashboards. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and effective communication skills.

This role is to join the global IT team, ensuring employees have the technical support and resources they need. Focusing on providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support, the IT Engineer manages IT operations, and contributes to enterprise system improvements. The working hours of this role will bridge the US and APAC time zones, e.g. 5AM - 2PM local Philippine time.
