Responsibilities:
- Set the strategic vision for Edifecs University aligned with Edifecs BU solutions.
- Architect and deliver customer, partner and internal team enablement programs.
- Lead the adoption of modern LMS and AI-driven content development tools.
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Computer Science/MIS or related field, or MBA with 12+ years experience.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner enablement and training programs.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed global organizations.
Benefits:
- Competitive base compensation ranging from $170,000 to $230,000 per year.
