- Oversee LMS and LXP platforms for seamless remote access.
- Drive advanced learning technologies like AI-driven personalization, VR, and analytics.
- Implement data-driven insights to measure engagement and skill acquisition.
Operational Excellence:
- Establish KPIs and dashboards for training effectiveness including remote engagement and completion rates.
- Continuously improve training based on data, feedback, and patient care outcomes.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and external training partnerships.
