Overview:
- ISC2 is a global nonprofit dedicated to cybersecurity, offering certifications and educational initiatives.
- The Learning and Development Specialist role drives employee skill development across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle of training programs, including scheduling, material prep, and delivery via Webex.
- Maintain accurate records and analyze evaluation results to inform future L&D needs.
- Assist in developing a long-term L&D strategy alongside the HR team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in L&D with at least 3 in a standalone role, bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong facilitation skills, LMS experience (ADP or Go1 preferred), and proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with adult learning principles, AI tools, and sales team training is a plus.
