Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training from start to finish, including scheduling, preparing materials, and communication.
- Run multiple programs concurrently, adapting to changing priorities and delivering to remote, global employees.

Qualifications:
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for both in-person and remote audiences.
- Solid experience designing engaging learning materials and building programs from SCORM/LMS modules.
- Must have experience with an LMS system, such as ADP LMS or Go1, and excellent computer skills in MS Office.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years' experience in Learning and Development, with at least 3 years in a standalone L&D role.
- Had responsibility for independently delivering and developing L&D programs for employees.
