Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training from start to finish, including scheduling, preparing materials, and communication.
  • Run multiple programs concurrently, adapting to changing priorities and delivering to remote, global employees.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Self-motivated with strong multitasking, organization, and detail-oriented follow-up skills.
  • Passionate about stakeholder service, able to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for both in-person and remote audiences.
  • Solid experience designing engaging learning materials and building programs from SCORM/LMS modules.
  • Must have experience with an LMS system, such as ADP LMS or Go1, and excellent computer skills in MS Office.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years' experience in Learning and Development, with at least 3 years in a standalone L&D role.
  • Had responsibility for independently delivering and developing L&D programs for employees.
