Host and co-present client AI workshops and security trainings alongside Personified team members.
Adapt content and presentation style to suit a variety of audiences and technical comfort levels.

Content + Enablement:

Create original content and curricula that scale, including live session decks, written guides, recorded sessions, and structured onboarding.
Mentor team members across departments as they take on new responsibilities in security and training.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training materials reflect current best practices and client environments.

Skills + Experience:

8+ years in IT, cybersecurity, or client-facing training and education, including leading a training program.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content for non-technical audiences.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, confident in live client training settings.
