This position as a Senior Cupid Application Analyst will design applications or workflow specifications for some of the most complex and critical OHSU systems and applications. The Sr. Analyst will participate in the development, documentation, testing and validation of new Cupid workflows and interfaces, perform Cupid system build, testing and maintenance, and assume project management responsibilities.

The Implementation Specialist participates and contributes to the successful completion of assigned client implementation project activities of Mitratech’s HRC suite, including requirements analysis, software configuration, data analysis, testing, and go-live support. The role involves planning, researching, and analyzing customer business needs, providing recommendations, and managing projects from start to finish.

The Implementation Specialist conducts implementation activity across Nextech’s suite of solutions, including remote training calls, super user training, go-live support, and post go-live optimization. Responsibilities include issue investigation, creative problem solving, and training clients and internal staff.

As an Implementation Specialist, you'll be responsible for successfully onboarding psychiatric practices onto our platform and services. You'll serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, coordinating across teams to ensure a smooth transition and driving practice adoption and success.

The Technical Implementation Specialist conducts implementation activity, executing on the standard implementation methodology across Nextech’s suite of solutions, providing advanced technical services and support for Nextech Software Products, implementing technical features, issue investigation, creative problem solving, and training clients and internal staff.
