Key responsibilities:
- Configure work orders, priorities, service levels, escalations, job plans, preventive maintenance schedules, failure codes, and dispatch rules.
- Set up inventory, storerooms, lockers, vehicle stock, kits, and reorder rules with the Logistics / Supply Chain Manager.
- Build security groups and role separation, version and test configuration changes, and maintain rollback capability.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Maximo configuration and administration in Work Management, Inventory, and Maximo Mobile.
- 2+ years in a facilities maintenance setting with hands-on application configuration.
- Experience supporting a live 24/7 maintenance operation and training non-technical trade staff.
Work environment:
- Remote or office-based, computer-focused work with periodic on-site travel to Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
- Full-time and part-time positions available; typical hours are Monday through Friday, daytime.
