Role Overview:
- Co-leads with System Integrator Lead to define technical software requirements and design for communication module lifecycle management.
- Manages AMIR vendor relationships to develop project schedule, deliverables, and quality milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads cross-functional teams through end-to-end testing and validation of inventory, workforce, and deployment systems.
- Researches emerging technologies and ensures high system performance in production environments.
- Applies Agile methodologies and manages development activities across the lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Requires 8+ years of related experience with a 4-year degree in a relevant field.
- Preferred: 4 years leading complex software implementations with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Must have ability to communicate technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
