Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day platform operations and coordinate incident, problem, request, change, release, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor platform health and performance, including scheduled jobs, reports, and automation failures.
- Administer ServiceNow configurations, users, roles, and security controls.
Qualifications:
- Five or more years administering enterprise ServiceNow environments.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
- Experience with MID Servers, integrations, SSO, and platform security.
