About the Role:
- Lead planning, architecture, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
- Act as trusted advisor to clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect CMDB/CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and security operations solutions.
- Drive integration with SIEM, SOAR, and vulnerability tools.
- Mentor development teams and enforce standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in ServiceNow ecosystem, 7+ overall tech experience.
- Certifications: CSA plus one CIS in ITSM, ITOM, or security area.
- Strong consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated annual salary $123,000-$212,000.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
- Remote work within the US with hybrid options in Denver or Minneapolis.
