Roles and Responsibilities:
- Define the long-term architectural vision and strategy for Hardware Asset Management within ServiceNow.
- Lead the design of scalable HAM solutions covering the full hardware lifecycle.
- Translate complex requirements into detailed architectural designs and technical specifications.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years as a ServiceNow Architect.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow HAM, CMDB, and Discovery.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and experience with integration architecture.
