Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of ServiceNow HAM, SAM, and SBOM capabilities.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Support inventory management, asset control, and continuous improvement of platform capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, application development, or a comparable technical field.
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow administration, implementation, and asset management solutions.
- Familiarity with Azure technologies and ability to troubleshoot and collaborate in a remote environment.
