Senior IT Support Engineer

Accountabilities:

• Administer, integrate, and optimize business-critical SaaS platforms including CRM, customer support, finance, HR, collaboration, and engineering tools.
• Build automation solutions using programming languages such as Python, Go, Bash, or Node.js to streamline internal operations.
• Implement security frameworks and compliance requirements following Zero Trust principles.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Platform Engineering, with 3+ years owning internal systems and automation.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Bash, Node.js, and experience with cloud environments such as AWS and GCP.
• Advanced understanding of API integration, identity solutions, and security compliance standards like ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
