Agile
Platform Development & Ownership:
- Serve as primary technical resource for ServiceNow, designing and developing solutions using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Manage Update Sets and support platform upgrades, testing, and release management.
- Evaluate configurations and recommend improvements to simplify and standardize.
ITSM & Service Experience:
- Mature ITSM capabilities including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
- Improve agent workspaces and end-user experience through portal improvements and automation.
- Identify manual processes and develop practical solutions to improve service delivery.
Integration & Automation:
- Design and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Automate repetitive IT and business processes to reduce manual intervention.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and security in integration design.
