What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and deploy a bi-directional integration between ServiceNow and JIRA.
- Create a scalable, secure connector that synchronizes incidents, demands, change requests, and other work items.
- Ensure the integration meets enterprise security and governance standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- ServiceNow CAD certification and hands-on experience building custom applications on the Now Platform.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
