Responsibilities:
- Work independently and as a technical team member in multiple instances and domains.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work.
- Advise functional and admin teams on ServiceNow best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong familiarity with ServiceNow Suite of tools (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident and Knowledge Base).
- Demonstrated competency with IT Service Management, ITIL/ITSM, and Agile/Scrum.
