Role Overview:
- Work independently and as a technical team member.
- Support internal and external customers across multiple instances and domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Script Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflow Activities.
- Facilitate rollout of new applications and enhancements in ServiceNow.
- Analyze system performance and determine performance enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Suite (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and ITIL/ITSM practices.
