Lead the architecture, configuration, and development of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Service Catalog, and integrations.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms using REST, SOAP, Mid Servers, and cloud-to-cloud connectivity.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, administration, and development with expertise in ITSM, Service Catalog, and integrations.
Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems through Mid Servers, cloud-to-cloud integrations, and other architectures.
Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web services, including bi-directional and automated system integrations.
