ServiceNow Technical Consultant – Core Business Workflows

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications across HRSD, Source-to-Pay, Legal Service Delivery, and Workplace Service Delivery.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as HRIS, ERP, payroll, e-signature, and contract management platforms.
• Conduct unit testing, assist with UAT, and ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable solutions.

Experience:

• 2+ distinct ServiceNow deployments, including at least one in a core business workflow area.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development, configuration, or administration in consulting or enterprise environments.
• Experience partnering with HR, procurement, legal, or shared-services stakeholders.

Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) required.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, or Flow Designer.
