Role Overview:
- Lead facilities strategy, operations, and optimization for Pattern's warehouse locations.
- Drive expansions, renovations, and new launches with full operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance, security, janitorial, and vendor management.
- Manage budgets, capital expenditures, and cost optimization initiatives.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure adherence to OSHA, NFPA, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Partner with IT, People Ops, Safety, and Real Estate to enhance workplace experience.
High Performance:
- Deliver projects on time and within budget with clean handoffs.
- Build strong vendor relationships and preventive maintenance discipline.
