Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track multiple facilities projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.
- Manage a high volume of work orders across varying priority levels, ensuring timely responses and resolution.
- Serve as primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and building management.
Qualifications:
- A self-starter who takes ownership and drives tasks forward independently.
- Able to identify problems and work through solutions across departments.
- Manages multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
