What you’ll do:
- Build and lead Giga's commissioning program, setting standards and staffing the team.
- Own commissioning schedule and resourcing across multiple data center builds.
- Serve as primary accountability to executive stakeholders for commissioning status.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce commissioning plans, FPTs, and IST procedures across all projects.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor strategy, budgets, and performance.
- Establish deficiency tracking and record-keeping for clean handoff packages.
Requirements:
- 10+ years commissioning experience with 5+ years leading a team across multiple projects.
- Deep knowledge of MEP and electrical systems in mission-critical facilities.
- Track record scaling a commissioning function from the ground up.
