Arable is seeking a Head of Grower Success & Agronomy to lead grower engagement and customer success. This role requires expertise in working with farmers to adopt technology, agronomy and irrigation. You will drive customer success, manage a team, and participate in cross-functional leadership discussions.

Manage and drive the air permitting and compliance strategy and execution across our growing and expanding project portfolio, working cross functionally with commercial, project delivery, public affairs, and product teams to ensure project success across the United States.
