Construction Training Lead

The Construction Training Lead is responsible for:

• Developing and managing technical and management training programs.
• Identifying skills and knowledge gaps across roles.
• Implementing personalized professional development plans in collaboration with training providers.

The Construction Training Lead also:

• Monitors project performance and evaluates training outcomes.
• Coaches and mentors construction staff at all levels.
• Implements best practices in construction operations.

The candidate should have:

• An Engineering degree or equivalent experience in construction management.
• Extensive construction experience.
• Strong understanding of CDM duty holder roles, quality standards, and HSQE good practice.
