As a Senior Design Quality Engineer, you will ensure our medical device products meet regulatory and quality standards throughout development. You will drive design controls, risk management, verification & validation, and design transfer, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, EU MDR, and FDA regulations. You will improve and implement design control processes across the product lifecycle.

The role is within the Global Sustainability and Supply Chain Services, leading the innovation, development, and maintenance of key resources within the Circularity pillar to enable the adoption of Circularity and Sustainability Certification products. The Global Circularity and Sustainability Certification Manager is a key pillar of the Global Sustainability strategy and responsible for the development and maintenance of Circularity products and guidance within the network, reporting to the Global ESG Assurance, Climate and Circularity Manager.

Provide expert technical support to a network of Authorized Repairers and Independent Operators across Europe by responding to inquiries via phone and electronic channels, helping resolve complex vehicle concerns and ensuring smooth operations. You will provide technical support, resolve inquiries, guide dealers through repair processes and collaborate with engineers.
