Role Overview:
- Own delivery of facilities strategy across North American Portfolio.
- Serve as primary point of contact for FM in assigned region.
- Proactively prevent, identify, track, and resolve facilities issues.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee outsourced FM provider delivering hard and soft services.
- Coordinate maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural).
- Manage Service Channel requests from initiation to closure.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of facilities maintenance management experience.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Service Channel.
