Key Responsibilities:
- Manage field-based facilities support, local strategies, and service provider performance to maintain brand standards and maximize asset lifecycle.
- Serve as primary escalation point for facilities emergencies and operational issues, providing on-call support.
- Lead implementation and communication of facilities programs, initiatives, and strategic priorities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of facilities management experience in Restaurant or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical systems, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $110,000 - $139,000 annually plus incentive.
