Complete work orders, turn vacant apartments, or complete special projects as assigned.
Assist the RSD on budgets for yearly common maintenance and capital projects.
Assist the RSD on inspecting properties for safety issues, code compliance, and company policies.

Qualifications:

Coordinate with Regional Service Director to ensure needs are met.
HVAC and CPO Certifications required.
A desire to work alongside your team leading by example.
