Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site visits to review curb appeal, maintenance projects, and adherence to policies, and correct deficiencies promptly.
- Reinforce environmental safety programs and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct drills to prepare staff for crises.
Team Leadership:
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Partner with the Training team to develop bench strength through education and interdepartmental communication.
- Demonstrate urgency and lead maintenance teams to achieve high performance.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office, and Outlook with flexibility in working schedule.
