Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits to review curb appeal, maintenance projects, and adherence to policies, and correct deficiencies promptly.
  • Reinforce environmental safety programs and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct drills to prepare staff for crises.

Team Leadership:

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
  • Partner with the Training team to develop bench strength through education and interdepartmental communication.
  • Demonstrate urgency and lead maintenance teams to achieve high performance.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office, and Outlook with flexibility in working schedule.
