Management:
- Oversees staffing, recruitment, hiring, training, and development of all team members.
- Drives corporate initiatives to community teams and executes them.
- Visits properties for inspections and guides move-in, move-out, and turn processes.
Finance:
- Reviews occupancy and delinquency reports, creating strategies for issues.
- Assists in creating yearly budget projections and reviews budget variances.
- Monitors work orders and utilizes data to increase revenue and manage expenses.
Sales:
- Reviews portfolio leasing and market data to ensure accuracy and provide analysis.
- Creates effective leasing strategies for each property in conjunction with Regional Revenue Manager.
- Evaluates leasing activities including marketing calendar, social media, and email campaigns.
