Responsibilities:

  • Relationships & Communication: Own all owner relationships and maintain productive tenant relationships.
  • Financial Management: Review property financials, prepare annual budgets, and assist in determining CAM expenses.
  • Projects & Capital Work: Bid, negotiate, and oversee construction projects.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of commercial property management experience.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of operating costs, budgeting and related expense control preferred.
  • Reliable Transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
