Job Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support to assigned senior-level managers.
- Collect and review historical income and expense information of apartment buildings.
- Interface with clients to facilitate understanding of property performance.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative majors such as finance, real estate, or economics a plus.
- Experience with property management software like MRI or OneSite a plus.
- Must be able to work with multiple deadlines and maintain efficiency.
