Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support to assigned senior-level managers.
  • Collect and review historical income and expense information of apartment buildings.
  • Interface with clients to facilitate understanding of property performance.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative majors such as finance, real estate, or economics a plus.
  • Experience with property management software like MRI or OneSite a plus.
  • Must be able to work with multiple deadlines and maintain efficiency.
