Maintain the property management software & Quickbase system, including custom reporting and back end management.
Develop and maintain Microsoft dynamic CRM platform within Office 365, including new functionality and bug tracking.
Assist with month-end reporting, potential gross rent, and system migrations.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred or two years of housing experience or equivalent.
Property management software skills preferred; ResMan, Entrata, RealPage.
Advanced computer and development skills required.
