The HRIS System Administrator will transform and optimize how employee data drives talent strategy, including talent acquisition, retention, organizational development, workforce planning, and diversity. This role delivers frontline support for SAP SuccessFactors HRIS, participates in system testing, handles system configuration, and supports HR data and technology portfolio scaling the organization globally.
