Responsible for the effective delivery of quality computer and network software services to Axway’s enterprise Cloud customers, partners, and Customer Managed services. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Axway Solution implemented at Customer site, ensuring regular operational activities are delivered consistently, meeting the defined KPIs and SLAs. The role includes handling Production incidents and application updates.

In this role, you’ll lead by example, addressing complex technical challenges while fostering a supportive environment where team members can thrive and develop their careers. You will manage a high-performing team of Senior Technical Support Engineers, creating a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation, as well as troubleshoot complex issues across databases, network performance, and distributed systems.
