Design and enhance proactive monitoring for the AWS Connect CCaaS platform.
Participate in application design sessions and develop interaction flows using Splunk.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

4+ years of IT experience with strong CCaaS exposure.
2+ years with monitoring tools like Splunk and CloudWatch.
Experience with AWS services including Lambda, ALBs, and Amazon Connect.

Nice to Have:

Experience with NICE CXone or Genesys platforms.
Familiarity with Zabbix monitoring tool.
