Monitoring & Incident Management Manager

What You'll Do:

• Design, operate, and continuously tune platform monitoring across Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Own the Single Pane of Glass dashboard and lead all P1/P2 incident responses.
• Manage on-call rotation and deliver monthly SLA reports.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of federal IT operations or SRE experience with 24×7 platform monitoring.
• Expert-level Dynatrace and/or Splunk experience in a federal production environment.
• Demonstrated incident command experience and runbook authoring skills.
