Staff Incident Manager

Your Contribution Will Be:

• Act as incident commander on major and critical incidents, owning coordination and escalation.
• Drive reliability metrics and reduce MTTR to achieve 99.99% uptime.
• Run blameless postmortems and ensure action items are closed.

Skills You Need:

• Proven experience running major incident response in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native operations.
• Fluency with observability tools like Datadog and paging platforms.

What Success Looks Like:

• First 90 days: map current incident process and close biggest gaps.
• Six months: consistent major incident response and reduced on-call noise.
• One year: self-sustaining incident practice with lower MTTR.
