About the Role:
- Act as a critical anchor for EMEA coverage, operating as a senior individual contributor on a global team.
- Handle Tier-3 customer escalation triage and cloud operations for the Dragos platform.
- Work closely with Customer Experience, Engineering, and Product Development teams across time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-team incident triage for high-impact customer outages and escalations.
- Develop and maintain observability tools like dashboards and alerting for proactive detection.
- Translate field experience into documentation, creating troubleshooting guides and playbooks.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting distributed systems in production.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes.
- Strong written communication skills for clear technical documentation.
