About the Role:

  • Act as a critical anchor for EMEA coverage, operating as a senior individual contributor on a global team.
  • Handle Tier-3 customer escalation triage and cloud operations for the Dragos platform.
  • Work closely with Customer Experience, Engineering, and Product Development teams across time zones.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-team incident triage for high-impact customer outages and escalations.
  • Develop and maintain observability tools like dashboards and alerting for proactive detection.
  • Translate field experience into documentation, creating troubleshooting guides and playbooks.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting distributed systems in production.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes.
  • Strong written communication skills for clear technical documentation.
