About the Role:
- Provide technical support for Illumio's breach containment platform.
- Work with customers to maintain deployments and resolve issues.
- Handle escalations and provide feedback to R&D.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log and update cases while communicating with customers via email, phone, and remote tools.
- Analyze customer systems and recommend solutions.
- Mentor team members and assist with pre-sales issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Technical Support Engineer in Support and Services.
- Expertise with Windows and Linux operating systems (AIX and Solaris a plus).
- Experience with public cloud infrastructure and services.
