Serve as a front-line leader, creating new sales opportunities within target accounts and leading a virtual team to win them. Create and execute a territory plan, prospect into target accounts, and engage potential champions. Drive a regional sales plan incorporating collaboration between ADRs, partner account managers, customer success advisors, and extended field team resources. Accurately forecast client and Illumio business objectives and build relationships with partners.
The Partner Account Director will be responsible for building and working with some of our largest GSI alliances in EMEA. You will be managing our partners, building joint offerings in order to create pipeline and drive new revenue. Illumio protects critical applications and valuable digital assets with proven segmentation technology purpose-built for the Zero Trust security model.
Develop and nurture both technical and executive relationships across the territory to influence preference for Illumio’s solutions. Effectively present solutions via live presentations and remote webinars and assist with trade shows, expos, and symposiums. Uncover the customer’s desired business outcomes and orient all activities in the sales process to these outcomes. Deliver powerful demos driven by use cases and customer stories. Support deal progression and POVs as needed via in-person or remote meetings.
As a Channel Account Manager, you will exceed assigned quota, build a healthy pipeline of new and expansion channel opportunities, and be responsible for partner recruitment, on-boarding, management, education, and execution of Illumio programs within territory. You will play a key role in guiding tactics around channel direction, including planning and implementing territory business objectives, and conduct channel market analysis and monitor competitive activity in territories.
Maintain Illumio’s technology deployments working with industry leading customers. You will be responsible for logging and updating cases, informing customers of the case status and providing solution(s) as they become known, in a professional, timely manner, over the lifetime of the support request. Escalation Engineers need to understand customer systems and configurations, analyze problems/defects and recommend solutions.
As a Professional Services Consultant at Illumio, you will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through the integration, deployment, and ongoing management of the Illumio product suite.
