- This role partners closely with executive leadership to ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary CRM owner, managing configuration, user setup, and data integrity.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and actionable insights.
- Manage meeting logistics, presentation creation, and post-meeting action items.
Growth & Impact:
- Identify process improvements and implement solutions to support scaling operations.
- Coach team members based on performance data and accountability scorecards.
- Support onboarding and training to maintain high standards as the department grows.
