Senior Associate, Business Development

About the Role:

• Serve as the operational engine of the BD team.
• Own the infrastructure, reporting, and materials that keep the team running at a high level.
• Support both day-to-day execution and longer-term strategic planning.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain the BD accounts tracker, pipeline tracker, and opportunity map.
• Build and maintain pipeline dashboards and reporting for internal stakeholders and leadership reviews.
• Prepare polished, executive-ready materials for weekly updates, leadership reviews, and board-level growth reporting.

What You Bring:

• Experience supporting Business Development, Sales, or Strategy teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and dashboarding skills with demonstrated proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, CRM tools, and pipeline reporting.
• Advanced presentation and communication skills with an ability to craft executive-level slides and narratives.
