Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day operations, maintenance, and performance of all facility systems including electrical distribution, HVAC, and building management systems.
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs and track facility work orders through completion.
- Monitor facility health via DCIM and BMS platforms and respond rapidly to minimize downtime.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in facilities engineering, data center operations, or critical infrastructure environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of electrical systems, UPS/PDU, generators, and mechanical/cooling systems.
- Working knowledge of relevant codes (NEC, NFPA, OSHA) and ability to read drawings.
