Job Summary:
- Lead mechanical design for hyperscale data center projects, overseeing HVAC, piping, and fire suppression systems from concept through construction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within budget and on schedule while managing the mechanical team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering plus 10+ years of experience in mechanical design with a focus on data center infrastructure; PE license required.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC, piping, and fire suppression systems design and construction for high-density data centers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills; experience with CAD and BIM software preferred.
