Role Overview:
- This role leads the US Liver Commercial Learning and Development team, shaping and executing a comprehensive learning strategy to advance business priorities and strengthen field capability.
- You will oversee training design, implementation, and sustainment while coaching a team of training leaders to deliver high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of knowledge- and skill-based learning solutions for field teams and managers, including onboarding, product training, and advanced selling capabilities.
- Provide strong people leadership across coaching, performance management, and talent development, fostering a collaborative and accountable environment.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Medical, Legal, and other functions to ensure learning solutions are aligned, compliant, and effective.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of relevant experience with a BS/BA in Science, Education, Business, or Marketing, or 10+ years with a Master's; leadership experience in commercial learning and development strongly preferred.
- Required experience includes clinical and product training, compliance, selling skills, and project management in a commercial learning environment; biotech or pharma experience preferred.
- Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and AI-enabled learning tools is desired.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The salary range for this position is $191,250 to $247,500 annually, with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus and stock-based long-term incentives.
