Your Role:

  • As Senior Manager, Learning & Development, you will own the design and delivery of business-critical learning programs.
  • You will report to the SVP of People and focus on enabling execution across Clinical Operations and Technology.

What We Look For:

  • 7+ years designing learning programs in fast-paced, lean environments as a senior individual contributor.
  • Proven ability to translate operational or clinical needs into performance-focused learning solutions.
  • Strong hands-on skills with learning technologies and AI-enabled tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonus.
